The Di 5 Stâuerna (Bornholm dialect for ‘The 5 Rooms') has five adjoining dining rooms creating a cosy atmosphere.

A window seat at the Restaurant Victoria is an absolute must. The scenery changes with every bite. The restaurant's signature Solnedgangsmenu (Sunset menu) is the perfect accompaniment to this breathtaking experience. The menu is inspired by the new Nordic cuisine, created by our young talented chef Peter Paulsen, who takes Bornholm classics to a whole new level.
